Beautiful room and views
Our room (803) surpassed our expectations. It was one of the larger rooms we have ever stayed in and was very elegant. The room is full of modern conveniences and very peaceful. While not ocean fronting, the large balcony provides ample view of the ocean from the very spacious balcony. All staff are extremely pleasant and we always felt well cared for. The hotel itself is immaculate and its proximity provides opportunity to go to beach, shop or eat. Awesome place!

“Stunning Stay at Halepuna Waikiki by Halekulani
Our stay at Halepuna was outstanding from start to finish. We booked an ocean view room, and the moment we walked in, it was pure “wow.” The view is absolutely stunning, easily one of the highlights of the entire trip. The room itself feels brand new, with modern, thoughtfully chosen amenities. The bathroom in particular stood out: a beautiful shower and soaking tub, plus a high-end Japanese toilet seat that added an extra touch of comfort and luxury. Cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the room was spotless, which made it feel even more relaxing and well cared for. Another small but appreciated detail: the elevators are incredibly fast, which made getting around the hotel quick and convenient. Despite being in a central location, the hotel is impressively quiet. It felt like a peaceful retreat right in the middle of everything. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was exceptionally polite, helpful, and genuinely attentive. They were highly organized and made everything seamless. Overall, Halepuna strikes a perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and tranquility. We would absolutely stay here again.

It's Halepana.
I think the location and building facilities of the hotel are very good. However, because there were few staff, they couldn't respond immediately in the lobby, so I had to wait a lot. In addition, I felt that the response to the request was slow, and the response was not polite and down-to-step like the concierge. The facilities in the room are very good, but I felt that it would be nice if it was a little bigger.
