Fantastic Stay with Great Hospitality
We chose Halepuna for its perfect location, great reviews. The room was quiet and comfortable, with excellent coffee and high-quality slippers. The pool and gardens were also beautiful. Special thanks to the bell staff—for their quick help with umbrellas and towels. Overall, the staff's kindness and the complimentary water made our stay wonderful!

Mostly a great stay, but do better front desk staff
Had an unfortunate experience with the front desk trying to deny me my full American Express Hotel collection breakfast benefits, which left a very bad taste in my mouth, pun intended. Other than that, I had a lovely stay but again - very unsettling trying to deny a guest their benefits.

Hidden Gem 💎 Beautiful Stay Near the Beach with Amazing Service
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel during a recent work conference, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcomed—almost like family. I was feeling a bit homesick, and their kindness and warmth truly made a difference from the very beginning. The hotel itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and inviting, with cozy beds, plenty of towels, and even a small terrace that offered a peaceful space to relax and recharge. The property also includes great amenities such as a gym, showers, computer access, an on-site laundry room, and a stunning infinity pool with a large jacuzzi. There’s even a lovely garden area that adds to the overall calming atmosphere. While there is a restaurant on-site, I highly recommend their bakery—it was easily one of my favorite parts of the stay! The breakfast, pastries, coffee, and teas were all amazing. Another highlight is the location—just steps from the beach, and the hotel even provides beach towels, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, this place felt like a hidden gem. Between the peaceful environment, excellent amenities, and the genuinely welcoming staff, I would absolutely stay here again.
