Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger

My husband and I are here for our honeymoon/one year wedding anniversary and Anita from housekeeping make every single day feel special! She is SO KIND, sooo professional and she loves what she does. She is amazing and spoke highly of everyone else who works here as well.

We stayed at the Outrigger Beachcomber and really liked it. The best part was the view of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head right from our room. Our housekeeper, Zhiyi, was great—Always friendly and really took care of us. Reception desk people very helpful and Valet guys were nice and professional. The location is perfect, close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a solid stay and we’d definitely come back!

Enjoyed my stay at the Outrigger Beachcomber again. Florence did a great job here at the maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms on my floor. I liked having the clean room to return to everyday.

From the moment we checked in, she greeted us with genuine warmth and aloha. Her friendly attitude, local knowledge, and professionalism set her apart. Jeanette went above and beyond throughout our stay—whether it was helping us with special requests, offering great tips for things to do around Waikīkī, or simply making sure we were comfortable and cared for. Every interaction with her felt personal and sincere. She’s a true example of outstanding hospitality, and thanks to her, we’ll absolutely be coming back. This hotel, especially the staff, were fantastic! It is located right in the middle of EVERYTHING!!! Cheesecake Factory across the street, all kinds of shops, liquor stores all around and fabulous cuisine! I have to send a special shout-out to Cece, Yuki, Alexandra, Carleen and everyone who worked tirelessly to ensure our stay was great! I can't thank them enough for their professionalism, kindness and sense of urgency when we had an issue two days before our departure.
