Best house keeping service done by Zhi Yi

Kristina in the front desk is hospitality. great locations, easier to access restaurants and shops. we would come again if we visit Hawaii next time.

The hotel was worth the experience
My mom and I stayed here the week of Sept 7-14 in room 2407 with beach view and we also got a little of diamond head, which was amazing. I think on Wednesdays and definitely Saturdays they play a movie at the pool on a projector which was nice. Our housekeeper Zhi Yi was amazing. She offered great service and was great with the towels. The hotel is pretty much steps and few blocks away from a lot of shops, restaurants, and the beach. The bell men which I didn’t get their names were also very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great all around rooms & hospitality
Conveniently located close to everything in Waikiki. Clean rooms, nice view and great hospitality all around. We left jewelry in our room when we checked out but got it back from the housekeepers that greeted us daily Zoraida, Ivy and Florencia.
