Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger

We had a wonderful stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Waikiki, just steps from the beach and across from shops and restaurants. It made everything so easy and walkable. The hotel has a fresh, modern Hawaiian feel, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We loved having a balcony for morning coffee and the beds were so cozy after long days of exploring. We also enjoyed the great on-site options: Hawaiian Aroma Caffè for breakfast, Maui Brewing Co. with live music and a fun vibe, and the rooftop pool for relaxing. A highlight of our trip was getting to see the Auana Cirque de Soleil–style show right at the hotel—such an amazing experience that made our stay even more memorable! The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. From start to finish, we felt taken care of and surrounded by aloha. This hotel is stylish, convenient, and packed with unique experiences. Highly recommend the Beachcomber—we would definitely stay here again!

I don't do reviews much, but this was needed. Let me start off by saying, I'm somewhat a seasoned traveler, and we've stayed at chain hotels, boutique hotels, local hotels, and Airbnbs. We're only on Day 2, and I'm currently disappointed about our stay. All staff personnel, and the location, is why I gave it 3 stars.... other than that, I'm unimpressed and wish I would have chosen elsewhere to stay. We're in an ocean view room, but you have to stand sideways, and lean in to see the ocean (I'm on the 25th floor). There are no phones in the rooms to call to front desk to assistance/help. Our television only shows 1 channel (I like to relax in the evenings with television), and has went out on multiple occasions. The building electricity went out earlier for a few (mid-day, in August 😒). The pool is very small. Ice Bucket and Coffee Machine, but no cups. Small details can make or break a stay

Family hotel in the heart of waikiki. Close to everything, shops beaches transport and tour pick ups. We loved the cirque du soleil 'Auana'. Spectacular right within the hotel. All staff were amazing 👏 The 3 stand outs for us though were Kristina at reception, David at the bell desk and Marylin our beautiful housekeeper. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends 👌

Kristina is friendly and awesome help us a lot during our stay. the hotel looks good and new. Location is good if you want to go shop.
