We had an amazing stay at Beachcomber Waikīkī, the location is perfect, amenities were everything we needed. Our floor housekeeper, Zhi Yi was a delight, greeting us every morning and left our rooms sparkling clean.

Front desk staff was amazing! Such friendly and welcoming staff. We were able to upgrade our room and check in early. Kristina is a SUPER STAR! Amazing customer service and really went above and beyond to accommodate our family. 1st day here and I appreciate all the amenities offered. Our room is spacious with a beautiful ocean view. We definitely recommend!

Yuki went out of their way to help with a late check-in and a last-minute request. - GM Ceci — ran into her the next morning while grabbing coffee; she was approachable and clearly invested in guest experience, which was a nice personal touch. The staff felt like a well-oiled team that actually enjoys being there, and that energy rubbed off on our whole stay.
