Well positioned
Great location. Rooms adequate. Would be better to have queen beds in room. Good to have access to a pool and beach towels. Shower pressure questionable. Ice room on level 5 is good, but water from tap was warm. In general hotel staff and amenities pretty good. The hotel charges and the process was terrible. It was not clear prior to arrival or when we arrived when, and how room charges would be deducted. Our bank in NZ contacted us to check the validity of the inconsistent and irregular daily charges. It put a dampner on our stay here.

This was our first time staying at this Hotel and everything was perfect very BEAUTIFUL inside, outside our cleaner name was Yong she was very good keeping our room clean, the breakfast was DELICIOUS, and Coffee, had Pizza, Beer for a few days and we enjoyed

Hotel centrally located in Waikiki with spacious rooms. Front desk and concierge staff knowledgeable and courteous. Yong, our room’s cleaner did a fabulous job keeping our area spotless.

A great place to stay. Kristina was wonderful, booked me in early and upgraded my stay to 15 th floor. Room is lovely and clean and soft bed. Very quiet on the floor so easy to rest and sleep. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Great location,rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable.Staff are extremely friendly and helpful especially Kristina who went out of her own way to find us a better room and moved us there.
