Jamell’s customer service is top 10! He made my stay great and helped with every question I had! He made the stay easier, especially during this tough time in Houston! He has such a great personality and gave laughs when I needed! Thank you Jamell! 10 stars across the board!!!

I expected a lot more from this hotel considering the high price we paid. Location is great. Rooms are good but ours had a terrible dust (air conditioner filter?) problem. Every day, the tables were covered with fine dust, and the cleaning staff didn't do a good job cleaning. The towels looked like rags, they should have been replaced months ago. The in-house restaurant is understaffed, as is the bar (we had to order our drinks at the bar, waiting in line, and then go find a table!!). Valet was always too busy, unable to keep up. The shuttle was unreliable, very disorganized, and they didn't couldn't organize their trips well. They allowed cars to block the driveway, so it would take a while to get out of the valet area. At the price we paid, we expected a lot more. We'll try a different hotel next time.

Me and my boyfriend decided to stay at the Baldwin to celebrate my birthday and absolutely had the best experience ever. We loved how clean and organized the rooms were and also appreciate it. The customer service that came along with it to our surprise even the breakfast came out, stunningly, beautiful, decorated with flowers and, well seasoned. I would recommend everyone to come here, especially if you’re local to the Houston area and still want a luxury experience.

I want to start out by saying the restaurant is truly amazing! Ms.Kristina took care of me and made sure I had everything I needed and enjoyed my meal. The ambience is so relaxing and peaceful, and gives off that retro vibe. Loved my experience here 10/10. Now the Hotel is also amazing, very peaceful, chill, and beautiful. I love the pink hues in the lobby, the rooms are welcoming and comfy, something i wish they had was a pool and it would be phenomenal ! employees are very nice and friendly Jamel at the front desk helped me out and was amazing !! overall I love it here and I do plan on coming back and highly recommend.

The hotel was great especially the front desk agent jameel,khi and also the bellman bryce is his name as well as tyren. valet was ok valon and solomon was a big help over all great. oh and the three young ladies at the bar was amazing. can't wait to come back
