Stayed here at the beginning of May. Exceptional hotel experience all around. My room was as requested and housekeeping did a 10/10 job with cleaning and resupplying our room. Valet was also wonderful. I was greeted by name each day when I came out to get my car. When was the last time that happened to you? The coffee bar in the morning makes a better latte than Starbucks. If you’re a rewards member, you can apply your daily reward towards that coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. I have never stayed at a hotel where so many of the staff greeted me each day. I truly felt like a valued customer and cannot imagine staying anywhere else when I return to Houston. This hotel manager must be amazing!

Blanche Morris and her team are the best in the hospitality business. I make Omni Houston my choice to stay when in town, not only for the service but for location as well. Close to shopping, great restaurants, and easy access to other businesses.

I travel for fun with my family and for work, and stay in various hotels in various cities and states with the experience at this hotel is simply phenomenal. The staff above and beyond, the food was amazing. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the facilities everything.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the Omni is. It is 100% dated and you can see that they just keep painting over everything. But this was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been to. The staff was amazing and always helpful. A big thank you to Alex who helped me with all of my luggage and boxes. I was there for a conference and those facilities were on point. I also used the gym while there, I was able to get my daily Peloton ride. For a conference hotel? The rooms were very quiet. Four stars only because they need to update their doors, showers, and fixtures to compete with other “luxury” hotels.
