The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston

Just got back from The Post Oak Hotel in Houston and I’m seriously impressed. The pool and cabanas are stunning, perfect for relaxing in style. The restaurants are some of the best I’ve tried anywhere, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel special. Everything was pure luxury from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back soon. I’d love to hear about any special offers for returning guests!

This hotel is excellent. The staff to the overall hotel experience is top notch. The staff goes over and beyond to make your staff memorable and relaxing. The pool is great.

My wife and I stayed at Post Oak for a late anniversary staycation and it will certainly not be our last. We were upgraded to an executive suite which had fantastic views and was spacious and spotless. The hotel itself is immaculate and looks and feels brand new- kudos to hotel staff for excellent job of maintaining the facilities and rooms. We also had a couples massage at the spa which was ok, but all staff was very friendly and responsive. Special shout out to the front desk team which was always friendly and accommodating. I’ve stayed at many high end/luxury hotels all over the world and Post Oaks definitely ranks in the top tier in terms of service and amenities. Some very nice touches in the room included a tablet you could order room service from, check out and request your car from valet and blinds and curtains which could be open and closed with a touch of a button. Great time and we will be back!

The experience was not worth the price tag. Drinks were average and the waiters around the pool were not friendly. Pool closes at 7PM. Not worth the experience.

I went to the Post Oak for a friend's birthday. The staff's attention to detail is impeccable. The hotel is quite luxurious and worth every penny for a special occasion. From the moment we arrived, the bell staff Ty took care of our things abd gave us a tour of the room's features and Kevin at the front desk extended a warm welcome. The concierge team, Jim and Moussa helped me arranged birthday decor which was a nice surprise for my friend! I don't want to spoil all the nice amenities the rooms have to offer but as a luxury traveler, I was quite impressed. We spent the majority of the time by the pool which was a elaxing environment. Having Mastro's restaurant on site was a decadent convenience. I felt welcome and well cared for. Is that Post Oak service or southern hospitality? Maybe a little of both! I'd go back again in a heartbeat!
