5 Star Service
My husband and I previously stayed at The Post Oak Hotel in August to celebrate our anniversary. While our initial visit was pleasant, it did not quite meet the five-star standard we had anticipated. Following that stay, your management team kindly reached out and encouraged us to give The Post Oak another opportunity, and we are so glad we did. We recently returned to celebrate my husband’s birthday and experienced absolute perfection from check-in to check-out. We enjoyed the concierge level accommodations, dined in the lounge, visited the bars, and ordered room service. Every interaction was exceptional. We would like to extend special recognition to Caleb and Cassandra in the lounge. They both went above and beyond during our stay. This visit was, without question, a true five-star experience. We look forward to returning for future staycations and have already begun recommending The Post Oak to friends and family.

Truly the Best Hotel Experience I’ve Ever Had!
From the moment my ride arrived until the time I checked out, I felt completely taken care of at The Post Oak Hotel. The level of service and attention to detail is unmatched. The concierge, front desk, and in-room dining staff all made my stay remarkable. The room itself was stunning, peaceful, luxurious, and so comfortable that I honestly didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was amazing, and while I wish I could’ve tried the crab cake, I truly appreciated how the dining team prioritized my no-dairy diet and made sure I was well taken care of. If you’re looking for a hotel that defines five-star hospitality, The Post Oak is it. I can’t wait to come back!

Luxury First Class!
Incredible luxury, first class service! Incredible rooms, modern and clean. Staff is great and attentive and some of the most enjoyable Sushi I have had. Bring your spouse, plenty to do, beautiful relaxing spa and a great pool area.

5-Star Experience. One of the world's top hotels!
Fantastic hotel! I travel around the world and this one is easily in my Top 3 of all stays (over 30+ years)! Wonderful staff, great rooms, absolutely superb food (better than most Michelin restaurants), and great location. I stay about 150+ nights in hotels, annually, and this was an experience that I will long remember. Conference facilities (and food) were also top-tier. This place is without a doubt a real "cut above" the rest when compared to other 5-star experiences! If you are in Houston, this should be your first and only choice!
