Immaculate property and exceptional service
The Post Oak Hotel is a special experience in the heart of the Houston Galleria area. Having stayed at many hotels in Houston, this was by far the most beautiful and luxurious property. From the lobby to the well-appointed rooms, meeting space, pool area, decor, and restaurants, every detail was carefully thought out. And the icing on the cake was the service. My room wasn’t ready until after 6 pm and I had calls to make, so Nicholas at the registration desk gave me access to a quiet space to take my calls. He also gave me a courtesy late checkout as an accommodation for the room delay. I also have to give a special shoutout to Ty Young, the bellman who assisted me as I was checking out and waiting for my Uber. Ty was courteous, professional and personable and very knowledgeable about the history of the property and the owner. This was a 5-star experience at a 5-star property and I will be returning soon.

A Canopy of Unreasonable Hospitality
I recently had the pleasure of making Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston my home away from home for a full week. It is clear that this hotel is deeply rooted in "Unreasonable Hospitality." From the very beginning I was impressed, Isaiah Morrison's personalized attention and attention to detail shined bright at the outset of our stay. For those who visit in the future, I hope you are as fortunate as we were to be able to be so greatly cared for and attentively attend to by such a gracious gentleman. From start to finish to food to furnishings, I fully submerged myself in what the "soil" has to offer. Seeds (acorns) were planted in my heart from this beautiful stay that will surely continue to grow even more gratitude. I plan on continuing to spread the word about the greatness of this hotel. Post Oak Hotel is a canopy of luxury of which you can find your greatest rest and recreation. Thank you for such a lovely stay!
