Another great stay
Another great stay at the Thompson. If you are looking for professional and friendly service, high quality rooms and excellent food and beverage the Thompson is your hotel. The service was amazing as always and the hotel is conveniently located to great restaurants and a green belt.

Business Trip
The Thompson Houston is a terrific hotel with great amenities and only 5 minutes to downtown depending on traffic of course. The young people at the entrance are super helpful and have such great attitudes. Even in the cold windy days we had during our stay, they always remained positive. Cedric the driver gave fabulous recommendations for food and activities and all were spot on. The view from my Skyline room was amazing. Room was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Shuttle experience
They offer a free shuttle ride within a 3-mile radius of the hotel. Cedric was very knowledgeable and accommodating, getting us to where we needed to be. The car was in top condition and the ride was smooth.

Visiting for a conference
The shuttle driver, Cedric, was a godsend. Due to the changing weather on Wednesday, I needed to get back to the hotel to change my outfit. I was about to call an uber when I noticed the shuttle, showed Cedric my credentials and room key and he let us hop in and then brought us back to the convention. I appreciated his call to service in that moment. Thank you sir! The Thompson Hotel is dreamy and luxurious. Top-tier accommodations.
