Greatest Staycation
We had a beautiful room on the fifteenth floor with a view that was absolutely stunning. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the robes were, oh, so comfortable. We're definitely coming back again.

Great Anniversary Hotel!
This was our second year in a row doing a one night staycation at the Thompson for our anniversary. The hotel is so nicely appointed and staff are always kind. We enjoy it every time!

Great valet service
Cedric in valet made my day! Another young lady checked my car in and Cedric’s warm and welcoming personality made what started off to be a terrible day…a much better one!! He addressed me by name and I appreciated the “at home” feeling he brought to my introduction to this hotel! Great job Cedric and the rest of the valet team!

Distinctive Room
Pool area beautiful, Restaurants and Bars within the Hotel are plentiful and lively!!! Rooms are spacious and super comfortable!

Post Proposal Pictures
I proposed to my girlfriend (now fiancé) during our stay. After dinner, we were in the lobby and asked one of the bellmen (Jackson), to take some pictures for us. He was so happy for us and even happier to oblige. He took some awesome photos near the Christmas tree. But then he went a step further and said he’d be happy to take some pictures outside under the lights with the Houston skyline behind us. We got some memorable pictures that we’ll cherish forever. Thank you to Jackson and the Thompson Hotel staff for going above and beyond to make our evening even more special.
