Beautiful Space
Beautiful space and amazing view. Spa was closed but was told guests could use the beautiful gym next door and they had a sauna and such. Just overall a beautiful space and the woman checking me in was extremely hospitable and gave me a great room with a view.

Yolanda was best customer service rep in Housotn.
Checking in with the front desk and the customer service (Yolanda) were amazing and very helpful. My wife and I were celebrating our 4 Year anniversary. The suite was clean, the shower and tub were beautiful. We loved everything about the room. The only issue were the pillows were toooo soft and at night being along the street you can hear everything going outside on the street that woke us up a few times.

Walking into the seventh-floor lobby feels like stepping into a sky-high VIP lounge, with giant windows and soaring ceilings showing off Houston’s skyline. I would really like to highlight the service provided by Ramsha at the front desk; she made sure everything was perfect and really went above and beyond. When you get to your room, it’s just as impressive, with huge windows, stylish touches, and so much sunlight. Everything in the room was absolutely perfect in the Skyview Suite. But the real star of the show is the pool. It’s up high enough to catch a perfect breeze, and it’s so big you’ll start wondering if you’ve found a secret beach in the middle of the city. Hyatt really outdid themselves with this one. This is hands down the best hotel in Houston.
