Great Stay. Avoid Valet
Beautiful property with spacious rooms and bathrooms. I have stayed at this property multiple times. Room service dining is great and on-site dining options are also fantastic. The room includes a pre-filled mini fridge with prices listed for each item. I did not experience friendly front desk staff. Dining staff were always nice and helpful. Valet consistently lacked efficient customer service and was the only complete negative experience throughout stays.

Good hotel, but avoid breakfast at Sol 7
Great room, efficient valet service, easy checkin and checkout. The breakfast service at the Sol 7 restaurant is horrible. Wait times are more than 45 min even though table occupancy is less than 60%. So avoid pre paying for breakfast so you have options to get out of there if possible. To avoid this wait, I made a reservation for the following day, and figured out that the guy who told me he reserved my spot, apparently didnt. The manager at the restaurant was great though, and some of his staff (Ann) were good, but overall I was disappointed. The pool is great as well , but on the first day that I arrived we had to call someone to get the towels stacked up. There wasn't anyone around the pool for service.

Relaxing spa day
Great spa experience went to the pool after. Valet was nice and Joseph was quick getting us our car. Will definitely be back.
