We enjoyed a great breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Our server An was fantastic. She took great care of us! Everything about the Thompson Hotel was fantastic!

Wonderful stay
Very nice hotel and amenities, staff was attentive and helpful, wonderful experience. Breakfast was delicious, our servers Jen and An were both excellent. We had the Bayou suite which was beautifully decorated and had gorgeous views. Suite was super nice and spacious. Valet was a nice touch also.

Classy place to stay
Room was excellent. Really enjoyed the massive shower. The pool was amazing although some music would have been nice. The online portal for room service was pretty buggy for me. I ended up calling my order in over the phone.

Another great Thompson experience.
The Thompson has quickly become one of my favorite brand in the Hyatt portfolio. The sleek design and so nice here in Houston. Each morning, Jennifer was my server and I even noticed she was at service at dinner in Chardon. She has such a contagious smile and temperament. Each day she made sure I was well taken care of. This isn’t a one off here. Each person I encountered greeted me with a friendly smile and made sure I was looked after.
