What a fabulous hotel with great staff, incredible view of Houston, next to walking trails. We LOVE this hotel! We often book a night with other family members for a staycation for 1 night. It lets us have the good life when we are treated like royalty!!

Hotel and service not on par for a Thompson Property
Being this was a newer hotel and a higher end property I was really disappointed in both the service and food. Our breakfast experience was marked by slow service and cold food and coffee. The server never offered to fix anything or take anything off the bill. As a Globalist I was very surprised at how the staff overall was not on par for the "level" of the hotel. Not offered a suite upgrade even though suites were available. Had to repeatedly ask for my electric car to be plugged in to be charged. Took several phone calls to fix. Would not come back to this hotel.
