The hotel service is very good. Impressed every time I come back. The staff has a service mind and other services that are perfect, suitable for spending time relaxing with the family. If I have a chance to come back to Hua Hin, I will come back to rest again.

This is my first time ever leaving a review on TripAdvisor, as I have never been particularly impressed with hotel services before. V villas definitely stood out the most among all luxury hotels I have ever been. My husband and I stayed at this hotel with two infants. We stayed at a villa with 2 bedrooms and a living room, which was kept spotless all the time. The staff didn't let go of any imperfections, including the water quality of our pool, which they checked daily for its ph and chloride range. I felt so safe letting our 2 infants swimming in the pool. Among all amazing services V Villas offered us, I can't stress enough of how much our butler, Graph, made our stay extra special. Immediately upon arrival, Graph was assigned to us. He is probably one of the most professional and likable people anyone can ever meet in their life. From the moment we met until we left the hotel, Graph went well beyond our expectations and outdid every butlers at other hotels had offered us. I deeply appreciate Graph's professionalism that went the extra mile to make our Thailand trip memorable, even after leaving the hotel (he even called our next hotel and informed the driver of our preferred restaurants). It is not an exaggeration to say we would like to visit Thailand again just to see Graph again. He is truly amazing, and yes we will definitely visit V Villas again. Also try their barbeque. They bring everything, including food you didn't even think you needed right to your room. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Wonderful - accommodation, service and location exceeded expectations. Luxury. Very clever design, so private, a lot of the time it's like being the only guests at the resort. Amazing staff, particularly Nook, Ao, and Keng - so friendly and helpful. Thank you. Not once was there an experience of being "up sold" - in fact sometimes the opposite, like the staff were on our team, wanting us to have the best experience possible.

amazing place. It's like a magical garden here, walking from the front to the beach. the coffee is delicious and the service is amazing. the best coffee and a nice chat always at AO - a wonderful smiling girl❤️ there is nothing better than coffee and a croissant for breakfast with such a view😍
