Had a wonderful stay with my family.The check in process was smooth,staff was very courteous and food was very good. Ms.Namrata at the Front desk went out of her way to arrange a sweet welcome goodies box for my son who was thrilled to see it personalised for him.It is lovely warm gestures like these that make us keep coming back to your hotel whenever in Hyderabad.Thank you Ms.Namrata,not only did you anticipate our needs and ensured we had a wonderful stay but also helped us with making last minute arrangements for our takeaway order. Thank you for the good times!!

Entry in to HEAVEN, it was far far batter than our expectations , Room , & other utilities were very clean

Unprofessional and unresponsive
Had a hard time checking in. Restaurant managers are very unprofessional, rude and rowdy. No response to the complaints. They don’t even accept mistakes of their team and instead ask you to mind your business. Had expected a much better experience.
