Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli

Last week I stayed at the Hyatt Hyderabad, my second trip to this hotel in the past nine months for business. It is an oasis in the bustling city, and they truly provide the best service I have ever had in my travels. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me back like an old friend, and just like the first trip, they were friendly, always professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. A huge highlight of the stay was the dining experience at the newly opened 4Note Restaurant. The food was excellent, the staff recommendations were always spot-on, and the service truly sets it apart. I want to personally recognize Naresh, Triparna, and Nini for making me feel so welcome and I enjoyed talking about kids, dogs, and everything in between. They made me feel at home. On my last evening, they even made me a special dessert! The attention to detail extended to the room as well. The housekeeping services, led by Deepesh, were flawless. The room was always immaculate, the staff attentive, and it was clear that the entire team takes great pride in their work. A quick tip for future travelers: Do not miss out on the spa! I booked a service and it was truly the best massage I have ever had. I feel badly that I forgot her name, but I got the medium-hard pressure and it was akin to a Western sports massage. Great after a long flight. If you are looking for world-class service in Hyderabad, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

The Hyatt in Gachibowli is an unusual hotel, it is spread out and low-rise, a bit more like a small resort and not a business hotel. The feeling is emphasized by the Mrs Mage restaurant that opens up next to the swimming pool with a distinct holiday vibe. Overall this is a good and well positioned hotel, the staff are very attentive and the space is quite a nice change. The rooms were nice, but compared to more modern hotels they are starting to get a little dated. The pool area is excellent in that it is away from the hotel a not overlooked by rooms, so you can swim or exercise in a bit of privacy. There were 2 downsides for me, the number of mosquitos in the room was not nice and I woke each morning with several bites, having to resort to having the AC on cold and full fan and sleeping fully under cover to stop this. I also found breakfast a little difficult, the hotel does not operate the mega buffet that some do, which is not a bad thing as this must save waste, instead it is ordering a la carte style. It may have been bad luck for me, but I found that what I requested and what I received was often very different, initially this was an unexpected surprise, after 3 or 4 days it became a bit tiring.

Such an excellent accommodating hotel for the sports team. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable. Thank you to everyone.

I had a wonderful time here. Would like to write a detailed review little later. I have been visiting this hotel since 2014. Its one of my favorites as its more connected with nature and feel spending more time outside. My last visit was in 2024 and again in 2026. The hotel invested a lot in renovation in lobby, restaurants and outdoors. The food was excellent and surprisingly the food prices reduced than in 2024.

Great hotel, clean, excellent food, very nice Spa, Gym. But above all , great hospitality and service. Keep up the great work!
