It was again, a very comfortable stay at Taj Falaknuma Palace. Thanks to the entire team, working with smiles always, and happy to help at every corner of the Palace. Every service was perfect! And a special word of thanks to Mr. Rahul from Front office and Mrs. Madhavi for making our stay most convenient and Comfortable! Entire Palace team was very good.

Taj Falaknuma takes us back in to the rich historical time of Hyderabad. The experience is truly mesmerizing starting from the royal welcome when u enter the property. Each moment spent at the property seemed precious -feels like a different era. Each piece of furniture, artifact, painting - you just feel the history. Loved every minute of the stay in the palace and top it up the hospitality of the Taj. Every employee was welcoming and made us feel part of the family. Every little thing was taken care for our comfort and convenience. Food was excellent and would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the restaurant manager Nasir who took care of us personally and ensured we had an extremely pleasant experience. Will look forward to visiting again with friends and family. Thanks Taj for everything and giving us this experience.

As always, we had the best experience during our stay. The hospitality, care and pampering is unparalleled. Our stay was so calming and peaceful that we left feeling recharged. The FnB team, helmed by Nasir and Santosh, spoil us with indulgences that warrant long walks after every meal, but we can’t resist. They are diligent in training the staff under them, to name a few, Wasid, Anowarul, Jwala, Suman, Sudhakar, and even Vikram who brought our room service order and then patiently made room to place each item for us, are all projecting the same ethos, by literally spoiling us. Latha in reservations is prompt and never lets us down with our room request. Some of the staff went above and beyond in ensuring we feel really looked after. Rohan at the front office, helping us with our luggage sorting at check in, Jagjeevan, Mounica and laxmi in housekeeping are true gems. Laxmi found a charger and rushed to return it to us, before we left, while jagjeevan and Monica not only remember us from our previous visit, but also what we like and ensure everything is to our taste intuitively now. That’s real service! It’s a top down approach that’s kudos to the GM for forging such a work culture. We will be back because we can’t get enough. Thank you all for making our stays so easy and refreshing.
