Everything about this hotel was perfect in my opinion. Starting with the friendly greeting from doorman Mark, to seamless champagne check in, to beautiful rooms, great location, delicious breakfast, lovely bar….everything about this hotel was TOP NOTCH! They really could not have done anything better than they did….I would give it six stars if I could and definitely hope to return someday. Well done, team!

We held our annual Business Partnership conference at Ness Walk hotel in Inverness. A greta location and the staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms were excellent, food very tasty and the location relaxing which enabled a positive conference.

Our first trip away with our 3 month old was a 2 night stay in Inverness. Having had a wonderful welcome to the sister Kingsmills Hotel, Kingsclub, with Whiskey on arrival, a complimentary bottle of wine in a lovely room and a decorative sweet treat, we dined at Ness Walk. We were greeted with enthusiasm and smiles by a team of friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Seated at the head table, with beautiful views across the garden onto the river, we were presented with champagne. We had wine (and milk) recommendations to meet our tastes, followed by Arancini appetisers and bread rolls. I had a uniquely presented haggis dish, followed by beef, raspberry soufflé, coffee, and a wee dram to top it off. Exceptional. Every bite. Every detail. If I wrote a novel about the food, war & peace would be a light read. These dishes were all choices on our wedding day last year at Gleneagles, with raspberry soufflé specially requested, and it's a whitewash to the chefs at Ness Walk. A wonderful experience. An exceptional meal. Though I'm glad our daughter is too young to expect these standards frequently!

Ness Walk was definitely a highlight in our trip to Scotland!!! The staff members were all incredibly polite, friendly, respectful of our needs. They went above and beyond for any requests that we had. The manager accompanied my husband to the traveler's pharmacy to buy over the counter meds that we needed. I'm not sure we've ever been given such personalized attention on an international trip. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds and well decorated. The property is along the Ness River and is beautifully landscaped. You have full access to river walks. I would definitely stay there again given the chance to go back to Scotland. This hotel is truly a gem in Inverness.

Probably one of the best options in Inverness if you want a touch of luxury and very good service. The location on the river presents a nice outlook with the hotel grounds itself has a luxury cottage feel. Service is good and so is the food (especially the breakfast). The rooms are a good size, modern and spotless. Depending on what you're after, the only downside was for me was that the rooms lacked any real character and didn't match the cottage feel of the rest of the hotel. I would have liked the rooms to be more Scottish and cozy. But this is a minor point.
