Ness Walk

The food and surroundings were fantastic but the staff did not demonstrate the level of customer care that I would expect from a five star hotel. There were three other tables also having afternoon tea at the same time but there was no interaction from staff to check if the food was satisfactory or any attempt to offer further tea or coffee or drinks. There was no approach to any of the tables once the food was served. On departure when asking for our jackets we were pointed in the direction of a coat stand but there was no attempt to ask if everything had been okay or to even assist with the collection our jackets. Part of the overall experience should be a professional and welcoming approach but although the food was good the staff did not show any attentivenęss to the guests.

Our stay at Ness Walk started and finished with the most exquisite service experienced in years. The staff were elegant, friendly and so welcoming. The food was top drawer! Amazing. We needn't have gone further afield for any meal. The location was beautiful with a short walk into town to the left and beautiful nature shortwalk to the right along the river.

Perfection and luxury. That's all there is to say... What a beautiful experience we had here at the Ness Walk hotel! Everything from the attentive staff to the 5 star room and lovely breakfast. Couldn't be more happy with our stay. Housekeeping was excellent! It was the best feeling, after a long day of seeing the city, to come back to a clean room and just enjoy a nice hot bath. And after that, a cup of tea in bed. This is the first time I'm writing a hotel review with nothing negative to say. We will be back!

Simply wonderful. An oasis of luxury and relaxation . Room spotless and housekeeping another level of perfection. Amazing warm and friendly staff .

Five star hotel with 5 star staff. I love a couple of days here at the quiet season. It is expensive but you get what you pay for . Always a pleasure to return knowing that you will receive the best service in Inverness.
