Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres

Our 7-night stay at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. Especially Leticia and Daniel from Butler Services. They were amazing and took care of our every needs. The resort's luxurious amenities, pristine beaches, and stunning ocean views created the perfect paradise vibe. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, offering incredible comfort and privacy. The culinary options were top-notch, with a variety of delicious dishes to suit every palate. We especially enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the exceptional service throughout our stay. We cannot recommend this resort enough for anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful getaway. We definitely plan to return!

We went to Secrets Playa Blanca and stayed at the Preferred Club swim out pool room. It was such an amazing trip and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The resort and our room were so clean, modern and tasteful. One thing that stood out was the service. Our butlers Demetrio and Belen were absolutely outstanding. We were there for our honeymoon, and they made us feel soooo special. From constantly checking in on us, to leaving us surprises in our room on a daily basis, I can't thank them enough. Demi and Belen were a highlight of our trip. We can't wait to go back!

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres. We had such an amazing experience!! Our butlers Miguel and Martin played a major part of this experience! Let me tell you they were amazing!! They made sure we had everything we needed and more. They surprised us the night of our anniversary with some red heart balloons on the bed and a plate of delicious chocolate dessert when we returned to our room after dinner that night! They knew how to make it just a little more special. I would 100% recommend staying here! I can’t wait to return!!

The best buffet breakfast. Loved the seafood ceviche at Oceana. Taking a shower and seeing the ocean was top tier! They should have a better system for the tub. It's a plus that it's jacuzzi but the tub faucet never turned on, only the hand handle shower part and it took forever to fill. Requested staff run the water through the WhatsApp and it too a long time for response and they never came. Only the concierge can do it apparently and it must be told ahead of time which is inconvenient for me. My concierge Cinthia had left for the day! Asked for a floatie through the app and her response was if I could get it tomorrow?! She was leaving for the day! She did bring it the next day and it wasn't even inflated so I had to ask 3 different people to get it inflated before it happened. Was excited when Cinthia told me about the Bluetooth speakers in the walls of the room so I could listen to my music as I got ready. Never connected after trying several times and same with the Netflix. Shame having a 65 inch tv in the room and I had to watch on my laptop. Majority of the staff were incredibly friendly! Loved that they didn't take a card for incidental at check in. Would have liked to see sunblock stations set up with the towels. Did Like they provide organic bug repellent however. Wouldn't recommend their partner transport Amstar as they flaked on me for both p/u & drop off. Over food and drinks fantastic! Recommend the seafood ceviche, beef tartare, and asking the bartender to make you Duneas! Plenty of restaurants and activities things to do and you only need a reservation at one restaurant. Staff always keeping the property clean and I appreciate that. Hate the sales pitch at the check in, a huge turn off as I want to vacation not hear you talk, talk, talk. They should have the buildings number to help find your room. The property is huge!

The resort was beautiful and immaculate. The staff/level of service was exceptional. There was some upselling for additional services, but the staff always respected our first "no thank you". They were NEVER pushy or bothersome. Everything about the resort was as advertised. We opted for the preferred club and found it was worth the extra cost. We had a butler that helped with special requests, dinner reservations, and filling the balcony tub. The pool and beach attendants took great care of us. We were never thirsty or hungry. One attendant cleaned our sunglasses after we got out of the water. The food was exceptional, and nearly all of the restaurants have indoor and outdoor seating. Something that is not heavily advertised is that men must wear long pants in order to be seated inside restaurants during dinner hours. If you have been outside all day and want to eat dinner in air-conditioned comfort, remember to bring your pants.
