Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres

We had the most wonderful time on our trip. Benji was so helpful and extremely nice, we’ve never been so pampered. The room was fantastic and clean, the food was delicious at every restaurant. We truly have no complaints. Our only suggestion would be to clarify the red “do not disturb” button. Red means stop - is the easiest explanation for the guests and service, the confusion was on our part.

We had a beautiful trip. The property is gorgeous and from the moment we checked in- our butler service, from Eddy and Luis was spectacular. Very considerate, always friendly and very helpful. We would highly recommend this resort. So appreciative of the 5 star service and accommodations.

This was a very relaxing and secluded location that has great beach access. The food left so much to be desired, though. I was served some of the worst meat I have ever eaten, and was served raw chicken as well. The service is extremely slow at the restaurants, making it impossible to have a quick meal. The most jarring part for us was how well we were treated at check-in compared to how poorly we were treated at checkout. I hope some changes are made here to improve as the potential is there but missed the mark for our trip.

We just returned from an incredible stay at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres and can’t say enough good things about our experience. First and foremost, a huge thank you to our amazing butler team, Julieta and Martin. Although I felt our needs were small, they were always available, incredibly responsive, and made everything effortless—from answering questions to taking care of every little need, before we even knew to ask. Their attention and warmth truly elevated our stay. The food was consistently great, with plenty of variety and no real long waits. If you do have to wait, just grab a buzzer and head to Rendezvous for a drink. The buzzers work around the property. Pool chairs were never an issue to find (don’t listen to other complaints - if there is a roller towel in the chair it means it is available 🙄) and there was always plenty of space at the bars and restaurants. Even with our group of over 300 people, the resort handled everything seamlessly. It genuinely felt like they managed our large group without missing a beat. The property itself is stunning. The rooms, the beautifully maintained grounds, and the beach were all excellent. The layout is so nicely spread out that I don’t think couples visiting during a large group stay would feel any difference at all—there’s always room to relax and enjoy. We had so much fun at Desire Club in the evenings. And don’t miss the silent disco night—it was such a fun highlight! We had the best time and are already hoping to return. Highly recommend!

Our concierges Alfredo/Gloria catered to our every need, Halahandro and Josue pool boys made an anniversary sign at the pool and made sure we were comfortable on the lounges even cleaned our sunglasses, Angel was our waiter at Bordeaux with the mostest he made us a cheese tray from a cart which was a surprise, Odetta waited on us at the outside warmer than efficient meeting our every need, Victor our waiter at the preferred club even went outside the restaurant to a cafe to get ice cream,Edwardo preferred pool always was attentive with drinks and anything we needed.
