Great experience, high quality all inclusive resort. Excellent service. Great food (best all inclusive ever). Great pools. Excellent beach. Very clean, new, well maintained. Couldn’t ask for more.

SECRETS PLAYA BLANCA COSTA MUJERES Husband Wedding Suit Missing. Reported Immediately- Secrets did nothing for one week. Very disappointed to report our recent experience, while our stay was great my husband accidentally forgot his suit in the closet of our room (I know, but with the whirlwind of the wedding, the packing, I feel like forgetting a suit bag in a closet in a resort that hosts weddings / caters to higher end clients this seems normal to me). We left the resort at 4pm and reported the forgotten suit at 9pm that night. After waiting one week to hear back with no responses I finally called the front desk. Mind you, during this week I was texting with an employee from the hotel and my texts remained unanswered / were not helpful. I was told that even if they found the suit they couldn't mail it back - fine. I've been in Mexico for the entire time I waited to hear back and offered to go back and pick it up. Anyway - I called and surprise! There was not a manager available to take my call, and apparently there is an entire procedure on how to report things missing / stolen which we were not aware of because at the time we reported the forgotten suit no one told us about this official procedure. I'm happy to follow procedure but I'm so disappointed that I've lost a week now Additionally it is possible for them to mail back the suit if it were to be found. All this to say - just wanted to warn anyone. We spent a lot of money here and tipped well and above what we usually do due to our celebratory spirit and overall satisfaction with the service while we were there.... but If you have expensive belongings / wish to stay here after your honeymoon think twice. It's clear this resort does not care about your belongings the moment you check out - as was our experience. In only a matter of a few hours the suit my husband married me in went missing and no one knows what happened to it / cared at all to follow up with me. I've now been waiting hours for this manager to call me back and nothing. Crickets. There are plenty of 5 star resorts in the beautiful area - please stay elsewhere or don't travel with precious cargo (which is hard to do if you are traveling for your honeymoon). I have also asked our wedding planner to not recommend this resort to her clients as well as I would hate for this to happen to any other newly weds or other people traveling with expensive items. I really wanted to like this resort but - imagine if this were to happen to wedding rings / wedding rings / etc. I just can't imagine traveling here again or traveling here for a honeymoon.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. The room and view were spectacular. The staff was extremely attentive. Anything you needed they provided. Food and drinks were very good. Highly recommend this resort.

We had an incredible stay where everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. The hotel is stunning with a modern design, luxurious rooms, and amazing pools. Even the amenities like the shampoo and conditioner had a heavenly scent that left my hair feeling silky smooth! The food was outstanding across all restaurants. We want to give a special shout-out to Erik and Alberto from the Teppanyaki dinner; they provided us with such a unique and fun experience! The service throughout the resort is world-class. We want to commend the entire staff - at the restaurants, bars, front desk, bellboys, and housekeeping (including room service). Everyone was incredibly helpful, charming, and always greeted us with a huge smile. our concierge, Belen, took care of everything for us, paid attention to every tiny detail, and was always available. Her personal touches for our honeymoon celebrations made our stay truly unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Secrets Playa Blanca exceeded expectations. The design is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful use of natural materials that creates a calm, elevated atmosphere throughout the resort. It strikes the perfect balance - you can enjoy plenty of activities or completely unwind and relax in peace. The staff truly made the experience. Every interaction felt warm, genuine, and welcoming, which added so much to the overall stay. The resort is also impeccably clean and well maintained. Dining was overall very good, with some standout experiences. All in all, a fantastic stay - relaxing, beautiful, and thoughtfully done.
