Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres

We spend a week at Secrets Playa Blanca, and it was absolutely amazing. Exceeded our expectations. Food was delicious, room was clean and comfortable - we had a swim up. The best part was the staff. ALL of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make out stay perfect. Ask of Leticia and Demi as your butler's if you are preferred. Highly recommend. The resort is extremely clean and beautiful. We definitely plan to come back.

The staff here are the standout. Super nice and professional. Enjoyed our swim-out room quite a bit. We plan to go back next year.

I stayed at Secrets Playa Blanca from May 19 to May 24 2026. I Went to celebrate my birthday. I had a preferred king swimout room. I booked thru the Hyatt website as I am a Hyatt member. I had requested building 4 as it had alot more sun than bldg 3. I was not told bldg 4 was on the opposite of where the preferred pool, preferred lounge preferred bar and the preferred beach was located until after I checked in. I have a very hard time walking long distances and this hotel does not have a golf cart that can get you from one side to the other so I never used any ofthe preferred amenities except for the sit down restaurant for breakfast. It also had no hand rails in the swim out pool, making it dangerous fir anyone to get in and out if the pool. That is why I gavecit a lower rating.

Beautiful resort, very well maintained, all the staff are absolutely lovely and can't do enough for you. Multiple different pools, as well as the beach, each with its own vibe. The rooms are beautiful and extremely clean. Food is spectacular, and very varied - all of the restaurants are excellent, and all of them have good vegetarian and vegan offerings if that is required (ask for Chef Fernanda, as she is amazing and will look after you!) Entertainment team are excellent - huge variety of activities, from pool games and sports, to guacamole classes, tequila tasting and spanish lessons, and the team are friendly and encouraging, without being over the top in regards to convincing you to get involved. Taylor and Erika are especially excellent and we are very very grateful for them making our trip so great. I would return here in a heart beat.

This was our first experience visiting a Secrets Resorts and this place was truly amazing! My wife and I have been UVC members for the past 10 years but we never had the opportunity to try the Secrets brand because we always would travel with our kids which meant we couldn’t stay at Secrets. Luckily now the kids are in college and we were able to try the Secrets level of resorts and I can tell you that we LOVED it! Would definitely come back to this resort and enjoy the level of quality all around. The food, the resort, and the accommodations were absolutely fantastic.
