MUST STAY. Staff excellent
Ryan and Owen at the valet were amazing! They helped get all of our bags, guided us to our room and made sure my 11 month olds bed was ready for his much needed nap! Thank you so much for being so helpful. It can be very difficult traveling with a tired baby!

Nice place.
The Boardwalk is dated. Rooms, bathrooms, and elevator (yes, one) needs updating. Service is outstanding.

Above and beyond service!
Mason Phifer provided excellent service and accommodations. He was quick to address issues and went out of his way to follow through to ensure we were completely satisfied. We really appreciated his dedication and leadership as we have been coming to wild dunes for over 20 years. Cheers to Mason!

They won’t protect you
They don’t screen or confirm guest. They let someone in to my room. And provided key w/o perm. Safety risk. Even valet the young lady car and charged me for it. When brought up someone said a manager would call back nobody ever did. The dropped the ball and I will escalate if nobody contacts me.

Disappointed
The hotel itself was pretty and looked nice. The room was horrible. Broken couch, dirty and a lot of dust. Would not recommend from our experience.

I must say when I stumbled upon your website I was skeptical of the amazing price you offered for this resort. Our trip was truly magical, we drove from Jacksonville, Florida with our son to meet my brother and his family for the first time. First off, when we arrived at our room which was perfectly placed above the spa and across from the Laughing Gull and pool, we were pleasantly surprised to find a balcony that stretched around the entire corner of the building. Our stay was even more enhanced with the breakfast meal vouchers for each morning we were there and the personalized greeting card. I will definitely be returning and will be using Luxury Link again.
