Rude staff
The staff is very rude especially the bar staff in lobby. We were getting late for airport. We just asked for hot water to make food for our child. We even agreed to pay but they just denied. Even after paying so much for the premium room we we were not satisfied with the service. I WANT THE MANAGEMENT TO TAKE VERY STRONG ACTION ON THIS.

Few days in a great Istanbul
This the third time I stayed here, the atmosphere, hygienic,beautiful hotel, also the lobby, room ,breakfast place was good,food asoum,all staff they’re polite,gentle,helpful and this hotel located in Taksim the famous area here in Istanbul, really good value, you should try it.

Luxury hotel with the Bosphorus view.
A beautiful hotel with excellent service, a very convenient location and a magical view of the Bosphorus. Delicious and extensive breakfast. There is an Asian restaurant with vegan food. Courteous and attentive staff. We will definitely come again many times!

Friendly staff, beautiful views
The hotel has got some beautiful views of Bosphorus from their restaurants. Staff was nice , welcoming and attentive, especially the one who booked us in as we just walked in and didn’t have advanced booking. The building is old but maintained well.

My sister and I had a beautiful experience from Housekeeping to restaurants' service to Reception as well as Concierge and Guest Relations. Thank you all.
