We had an amazing stay. I wish it was more than just a couple of days. Our large room was a lovely terrace suite. We were greeted with a wonderful welcome gift in the room: dried fruits, nuts, baklava, Turkish delight. Service was excellent and friendly. Breakfast was very good. One day there was a woman making Gözleme, which was nice to try. Overall, we were so happy with our stay. Though the area around the hotel is walkable, it is a bit far from some of the main tourist areas, but it was easy to get taxi/uber to get around the city. We would stay here again, but hopefully for a longer stay next time.

Had to stay an extra night due to an unplanned ER visit for my mom. We chose this hotel for closest US chain hotel near American hospital. It was a superb hotel. Only sorry I couldn’t use more of its services. We just slept in the comfortable beds. Oh, first time I had a steam room in my own room (in the shower). And first time having dedicated faucet for drinking water.

The Istanbul Park Hyatt is an exceptional property. It is located in a high end neighborhood with luxury shopping and cafes. It is not far from the Besiktas neighborhood and fairy terminal and not far from Istiklal Street. The hotel is not too close to the Golden Horn where the majority of tourists sites are. While those sites are worth visiting for 1-2 days, staying away from the crowds is lovely. The hotel has an unassuming entrance and fairly small common area. The rooms however are large, lovely and luxurious. Bathrooms have a shower, tub, steam room and hammam. Beds are comfortable and the rooms quiet. The gym is modern and in very good condition. The breakfast restaurant is simply beautiful and the food very good. Most impressive however was the service. Everyone from the front desk to concierge were friendly and very helpful. I would absolutely stay at the Park Hyatt when I return in Turkey.
