It was excellent stay. Rooms are very and also lobby restaurant are very clean. Breakfast was very delicious, there are lots of options. Staff is very welcoming especially Fahriye paid attention us she asked us whether we nerd anything. Also staff at breakfast was super nice.

Excellent hotel. Super well located, near many tourist attractions and easy to get around from there. The rooms where well decorated and super clean. I can't say enough good things about the staff, very friendly and ready to help in anything you need. Also very attentive, always making sure we were ok, bringing ut coffee or water while we waited for our tour to pick us up. Shout out to Omar!!! he was the nicest guy on earth

The staff are incredible! Yusef and Omar who work at reception helped me get my money back from a fake taxi driver who took me from the airport to the hotel. The driver over charged me double the charge (3,200 TRY) but Yusef raised a formal complaint for me and I got 900 TRY back!

Wonderful and friendly service. Super breakfast buffet with many food selections. We also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant where the food and service were both excellent. Room very clean with all amenities. Will stay here again and recommend to visitors to Istanbul.
