The hotel is great and highly recommended and the staff is very friendly and specially younis and umut . The rooms are nice the view is on the street directly and the bathroom is very clean. As total the hotel is a 5 star which will make your trip comfortable

A hotel not worthy of Radisson's reputation. Check-in staff bordering on the aggressive, who couldn't find my reservation and accused me of "going to the wrong hotel", only to acknowledge their mistake without apologizing. A room where the air-conditioning didn't work and was never repaired. A window (on the 1st floor) that opened completely, posing serious security concerns. Extremely poor wifi, making it impossible to surf the web or use applications. An exorbitant price for almost no service. To be avoided at all costs, as this establishment is an affront to legendary Turkish hospitality.
