Perfect experience
What can I say about the raffles? We stayed at the raffles Istanbul for 4 days and it was perfect in every respect. Incredible service especially from the concierge team. Great restaurants. Fantastic spa. Location is awesome also. I also stayed at the ritz Carlton right before the raffles during the same trip and the difference is night and day. (Side note, do NOT stay at the Ritz Istanbul.) I have to say that every detail of our trip at the Raffles was great and we’ve already decided to check out their other locations in our future trip.

You feel at home!
The team is well trained to welcome warmly and pay attention to guest details from the arrival moment to the departure. The place is very clean, and quality of food is up to the level of expectation. It is a quite place to have a rest, and the access to the Mall is an advantage. The received service has exceeded the value of the money paid during the stay!

Favourite hotel in Istanbul
Fantastic hotel with a great location in the heart of Istanbul. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Plus, the rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of the city. Overall, it's a top-notch choice for your stay in Istanbul! We will definitely be visiting again.

Best brunch in Raffles İstanbul
I went to Sunday brunch in İstanbul. Atmosphere so nice.Öpen buffet so nice.Especially sea foods are superb. Ata Marin played nice music. All staff so politely. Raffles Publıc Relations MsYeliz Sarı Çelik so professional and hardworking. I recommend sunday brunch in Raffles and ıt ‘s perfect.

Excellent stay!
Outstanding. Full stop. The service, at every turn, was not just good, not just efficient, but outstanding. From the doormen to the bellhops. From the check-in to the room service. From the technical support (to fix a light) to providing a wheelchair, to a last minute quick tour of town to providing daily newspapers. Excellent breakfast and service, beautiful spa and sauna, the Bosphorus Lounge was impeccable. Everything was outstanding, and my hats off to the staff-everyone-for making our stay that much more special; most appreciated
