Exceptional stay with outstanding hospitality
This hotel has always been my favorite destination whenever I visit Istanbul, as it truly feels like home. Everything here is of high quality and well taken care of, which makes every stay comfortable and enjoyable. During this visit, I would especially like to thank Ms. Esra at the reception for her kindness and support. She made my experience even more memorable. i would like also to thank his manager and his support yesterday 06.09.2025 at 9.30am. Exemplary Service and a Truly Memorable Stay
We absolutely loved the hotel and the exemplary service; truly outstanding! From the moment we arrived, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. The attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism created an atmosphere of genuine hospitality that made us feel cared for at every turn. A small mistake was made when booking a tour, but the hotel handled it with such grace and efficiency. They went above and beyond to make it right, turning what a hiccup into yet another example of their incredible service. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, the dining experiences excellent, and the setting just lovely. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout our stay that made the experience feel so personalized and special.

Six star Luxury and service at its finest
There is no option to give this hotel six stars otherwise I would . Thank you to all the staff from check in for upgrading our room, the concierge for his invaluable local advice and tips and all the staff at the Gazebo & Bellini restaurants where the food and service was simply first class. The pool and grounds are large and extremely spacious and you will never want to leave as you truly will feel like royalty when staying at the Ciragan Palace Kempinski. You will definitely come back to Istanbul even if just to stay here.

One of the best hotels of the world! Everything is to perfection there! The location, the service quality, the building, the restaurants, the swimming pool on the Vosphorus! Even the amenities in the bathroom have a smell that you will never forget! Quality at the details!

Absolutely stunning hotel with one of my all time favorite pools. The food is delicious and the rooms are spacious.
Love this hotel so much. We had such a wonderful time and the rooms were quiet, comfortable and very clean. The beds were great for the back and the pool is my all them favorite. We hope to come back soon as I’m still thinking about the breakfasts.
