Outstanding
We received a wonderful room upgrade, sea view was excellent – Sinan Bey was amazing! The staff were all incredibly helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is perfect, and the bed was simply outstanding. I would definitely come back again!

Best stay in Istanbul
The entire staff were extremely professional, courteous and very friendly. Had a great time staying at this hotel for the 4th time. Mr. Tolga went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. Ms. Elif from reservations deserve a mention for talking care of the reservation, and lastly Ms Yeter made sure housekeeping was exceptional.

Solo visit
Amazing hospitality and hotel. From checking in to check out the experience was really good. I met Nikgun Bezik on the first day and she remembered me through the stay making sure everything was good and comfortable. If you plan to stay in Istanbul Taksim Area this is the place to be. Special thanks to Nilgun and Nisa Nur for their hospitality.

Classy authentic atmosphere and great hospitality
really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was nice, with a lovely Art Deco style that gave it a unique charm. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast had a good variety and was tasty. The staff were also helpful and kind. Would definitely be staying here again!

Perfect hotel for destination wedding
Amazing team at Divan! So professional, polite and friendly. They were very organised and I was happy with how they carried out their responsibilities at my wedding. The room was very clean and comfortable and at breakfast following the wedding, they paid extra attention to us and catered to our requests for breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend Divan for both a wedding venue and a tourist stay. I also thank Sinem for all her hard work and making the wedding organisation a success.
