Wonderful Stay in Istanbul
From the moment of arrival, there was a sense of comfort and nourishment. With being served a glass of refreshing welcome lemonade, to the in-room snacks upon arrival. Also, the closet space in the room itself, made me feel like I could relax and unpack as if I were a local with ease as I arrived into Istanbul. The breakfast buffet was lavish and so fun with many options. The sushi restaurant inside the hotel is a spectacular experience. Everything from the presentation to the freshness of the sushi is a masterpiece in cuisine. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again, when visiting Istanbul. Thank you, Divan to you and. your associates!

We had a great time at this hotel. It is walking distance to Taksim Squate. It is clean the staff is accommodating and polite. One honorable mention is the cleaning room woman named Yeter Dikhos. She is amazing kind and cleans room’s immaculately.

Fantastic stay at Divan in every aspect
Where do I start? My husband and I absolutely LOVE this hotel. What makes it amazing is the staff and mgmt. Truly outstanding service and they go above and beyond to surprise the guests and keep us engaged and happy. Special managers that are superb: Bulent Colak & Nilgun … they got to know us and made us feel so welcome. Definitely a must return next time we are in Turkey. Divan is an excellent brand!

Divan Istanbul Hotel beat all expectations!
When the hotel and the staff treat the guests as family then you know this hotel is worth the 5-star rating and some. The staff are awesome, the service is superb, the location is incredibly convenient, and the breakfast is out of this world. This was my first time experience in a high end Turkish hotel. I usually stay in the high end American brand hotels but after this phenomenon experience I am going to stay in Turkish hotels where experience becomes incomparable. The rate of the room is also excellent compared to the American brand hotels. I love it how this hotel in centrally located with few minutes of walking to Taksim Square and to Nişantaşı where all best shopping and eateries are abundant and cater to all tastes and styles. I highly recommend this hotel without any doubt or reservation.
