Amazing atmosphere amazing rooms and amazing room service, the food is mouth watering good and the bed are comfortable

Very nice location in the centre of Istanbul and close to the major tourist attractions with friendly staff always happy to help.

The hotel was in a great location. You can walk everywhere or take public transportation. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive, kind, friendly, and helpful. Doorman Nihat and guest services team , in a very nice gesture of Turkish tradition, poured water on the back of our car to send us off. We really appreciated this. We didn't understand what was happening at first, but after he explained it in detail, we realized how wonderful it was. Thanks again, Divan family. See you soon.

I can safely say I have never met someone so deeply dedicated to her role. She truly lives and breathes for the comfort and pleasure of her guests. She is the ultimate professional—always present, always attentive, and constantly ensuring that every need is anticipated before it’s even voiced. My second kudos go to Emre from Divan Pub. He consistently delivers warm, efficient, and impeccable service. I genuinely don’t know how he manages the crowd while still offering such a calm, personal, and attentive experience to each guest. My third appreciation goes to Hakan from 7th-floor housekeeping. He checked our room regularly, replaced items before we even knew they needed it, and offered the kind of thoughtful housekeeping we didn’t know we needed. He is a hardworking man who, just like the rest of the team, truly cares about guest comfort. Divan is more than a hotel—it’s a haven. And it’s the people who make it extraordinary.
