Excellent Hotel
Had a fantastic stay at Divan Hotel Istanbul. The staff truly made the experience—especially Batuhan and. Samet, who checked us in and somehow managed to be available whenever we needed anything. He went above and beyond and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of great options, and the location couldn’t be better—we even walked to the Kapalı Çarşı. The fitness center was closed for renovations, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise since it gave me the chance to enjoy some great walks around the city. Would absolutely stay here again!

Food , service, rooms all 5 star . Came to Istanbul to meet friends who live in Istanbul. This is the second time I have stayed here and everything about this hotel is top class. Thanks to all the staff who made my stay so enjoyable.

An iconic luxury hotel in Istanbul.
Divan Hotel is one of the city's most iconic "old-school luxury" spots. Since it sits right at the intersection of the business district (Harbiye/Şişli) and the cultural hub (Taksim). The Best Base for Exploring Istanbul You really can’t beat this location in Harbiye. We were a 5-minute walk from Taksim Square and the metro, but just as close to the high-end shops of Nişantaşı. If you are in town for a concert at the Harbiye Open-Air Theatre or a conference at the ICC, this is the place to stay. Despite being so central, the rooms are remarkably quiet. Don't miss the Divan Patisserie on the ground floor—their chocolates and Turkish delights are legendary! The rooms are very clean, pleasant and spacious. On your arrival If you were greeted by Coşkun a very friendly and helpful receptionist who will register and welcome you at the Hotel. Divan is full of friendly staff making sure your stay is as pleasant as can be.

Excellent spa treatment by therapist Winnea
I was surprised by the professionalism and excellent treatment I had in Divan Hotel, SPA. The therapist from Bali, Mrs. Winnea was excellent at her work. I definitely recommend it if you visit Istanbul, don’t miss a spa in DIVAN hotel.
