Not real Ritz-Carlton
4 star imitation of the real Ritz-Carlton. Bad choice, not worth your money. Staff is nice and they try to close the gaps bad the hotel is so bad. All furniture is old and cheap. Terrace/roof bar is no bar at all, restaurant bar is not any better and closes down at 11 pm. Rooms are dirty and breakfast buffet is so low in variety and taste....Ritz should reconsider this place.

Lovely Experience
We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz Carlton Istanbul. The staff is extraordinarily attentive and kind, The room are well appointed and the food is excellent. Having been our first time in Istanbul we really appreciated the kindness and support of the staff. Riham was particularly very helpful and kind. I hope to return to Istanbul in the future and I would choose the Ritz Carlton again.

My husband and I stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Istanbul and had a fantastic experience. The check in service was exceptional. Fatih Yaprak checked us in and gave us a great room and went above and beyond to ensure our last night In Istanbul was perfect! The suite was absolutely gorgeous and the service top notch! We will definitely recommend the hotel to all our friends. 10/10

NOT A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE BUT SOME NICE STAFF
We attended the Champions League Final at the Rooftop Bar in the Ritz Carlton. Positive points first. Many staff were friendly and professional. The views from the rooftop are stunning. Negative points: the photos advertising the event made it look amazing. The reality was not comfort and luxury. In fact, we had to stand on a balcony with a obscured view of the big screen. We paid for a luxury experience but got highly inflated beer prices (equivalent of £7 for a bottle of Carlsberg) and struggled to get comfortable without any seating. We had to stand the whole time. Some of the staff were nice but it didn't feel like 5 Star customer service or facilities. I am only writing this so they can make improvements. I don't mind spending money to get a luxury experience. But it didn't happen. We would have been better off in a regular Beşiktaş pub in all honesty.

Best hotel
I love this hotel ! Everything is so perfect about it hotel ! Seckin is amazing at reception , very helpful man ! Was able to get better price for me to extend my room . Most comfortable beds and pillows . It’s my second time staying here and planning to come back again !
