Istanbul was amazing and we can’t wait to go back, but even if it hadn’t been, we’d return just to stay here again. This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The service was above and beyond, and the rooms were beautiful. The concierge was especially amazing, helping us with every question and booking, and we loved our spa treatments with Mia and Nisa.

Great experience. But they should provide smaller robes in the room for small people like me! The robes are heavier than me, I think!😜 And they gave me a pretty Istanbul bookmark souvenir when the cleaning staff saw that I was reading a book! How sweet of them, indeed!😊 However, their A/C does not cool the room well enough and is not aimed in the correct direction . Makes nights quite stuffy and hence difficult to sleep. 😞

Enjoying our first time visit to Istanbul by staying in a Club Floor Suite at the Ritz Carlton for a few days as Marriott Resort Villa Owners returning to London after touring 3 ‘Stans’. Super friendly welcome from Ece at Reception, Berkan, Guest Relations and Ferdi and Meryem in the Club Lounge during the evening and at breakfast seals our support of RC and Marriott properties around the world. Will return soon to explore more of this wonderful city.

Dear Director of Guest Experience, I wanted to follow up regarding the noise issue from the concerts taking place directly outside the hotel. I truly appreciate the warmth and hospitality of your team, which is one of the reasons I chose to stay at the Ritz-Carlton. However, I specifically booked my stay here to recover from a hair restoration procedure, and unfortunately, the level of noise has made it impossible to rest or relax. The concerts have been extremely loud, and because the windows are not soundproof, the noise carries straight into the room. It was so disruptive that I could not sleep or even enjoy watching television. I had expected the Ritz-Carlton experience to reflect the serenity, comfort, and world-class standards the brand is known for, but this situation has fallen far short of that. When I brought the issue to the front desk, I was only offered earplugs. With respect, this is not a reasonable solution — especially in my recovery state, when I simply needed a quiet environment. No offer was made to move me to a quieter room or provide an alternative arrangement. Additionally, I sent an email to the Director of Guest Experience explaining the matter, but I never received a response. I found that disappointing, given the seriousness of the disruption. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and it has affected my recovery and my overall impression of the property. It’s not about the money — it’s about the principle. I believe it would be fair and consistent with Ritz-Carlton’s standards of excellence to issue a credit toward a future stay, whether here in Istanbul or at another Ritz-Carlton property, as a gesture of goodwill and acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
