Great Health Club with Aytunç
I am member of Shangri-La Bosphorus health club since 2014 because of great fitness instructor Aytunç Demirel. He is a real professional. He motivates us. Actually because of him we come to gym everyday. Very experienced and he pays a lot of attention to every detail from pool cleanness to towel supplies. Thank you Aytunç

Extraordinary Service and Accomdations
The hotel was definitely a treasured experience. First class accommodation, staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Cyrine Sallami, our concierge was so welcoming and helpful from our arrival to our departure. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we wanted and needed. I look forward to returning one day, as three days was not enough. Thank you to everyone who made our hotel experience so memorable.

The Housekeeping Service from Mrs. Ayten was very kind.We are very thankful.The world needs people like her.The hotel is very Luxury on Art Based structure and Deco’s.Everyone who is gonna need a vacay to Istanbul,I prefer you this hotel to stay.

Excellent spa experience
We came for spa, it was excellent. I felt really relax. Everyone in here are so kind and friendly. It was cozy. Very thanks everyone. They doing their job very well. I preferred lectury hamam massage. Very recommended. I will come here again.

We came for using SPA we bought Luxury Turkish Signature. Hatcha was really good on her job. Highly recommend to get this experience with her. Wish to come more and enjoy this feeling again. Prices are the same as everywhere. Spa is very luxury and clean.
