June Getaway
We stayed for a three-night getaway, but there were limited activities for adults. There was no nightlife or music to enjoy. When we asked the front desk about the calendar of events, they were unsure and directed us to the concierge. Unfortunately, the concierge also wasn't very knowledgeable. Additionally, my friend was disappointed with her massage as it did not meet her expectations. The pool was quite far away, which required walking down several flights of stairs to access it. On a positive note, the food was good.

Romance Special
We enjoyed the couple’s romance schedule and it was everything we hoped for and more. Perla and Ximena were professional, caring, and attentive. The purification was steamy followed by the cold and hot shower. The massage was perfect pressure followed by a facial. The topper was the wine and truffles at the end. We were pampered and relaxed the rest of the day!

Great Custumer friendly service, food and over all great stay. Great Staff specially Javier at Solarium . Highly recommend dinner at Portofino and El Mexicano for dinner.

Whack!
Please come here if you wanna throw away your hard earned money. There is rat poop especially in the balcony. If you don't believe me please see my pic. The cherry on top was when they couldn't find my reservation when it was booked months in advanced. The food quality was mid. All inclusive nightmare.

End of May Las Brisas Ixtapa stay
This was my second visit to Las Brisas Ixtapa. Special shout to Victorino in Beach Club; who went above and beyond in making sure we got what we needed and kept circling back checking on us. Well done Victorino! Also, server Sergio at Brisas 1 - at the beach was excellent. As busy as it was I felt he kept an eye on us and checked on us when our drinks were getting low.
