Fairview Inn

There was a wedding happening upon our arrival. We met Tamar, the owner, who greeted us with a smile! She gave us our room key and off we went. Our room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. After settling in, we went down to one of their outdoor seating areas to relax. Meals were great. The grounds are simply breathtaking! So much charm. Highly recommend this quaint Inn!

Wow where do I begin? Such a lovely beautiful place to visit for the weekend. Our good friends had a wedding there and how wonderful they accommodate everything. Our room was so lovely and the bed was so comfortable ….perfect! Such a fantastic weekend and a wonderful 10 Star Pl. to stay.

Beautiful spacious suite and very friendly, attentive staff. Many amenities, kitchen service with wine , tea, coffee and snacks on site. There's a great restaurant and location is in a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend this Inn.

Did you ever have a perfect weekend at a destination event? I just did! The Fairview Inn, Jackson, Mississippi. I hosted a 40 person bridal shower for my niece and a smaller family birthday party on consecutive days last weekend in a gorgeous refurbished 1908 Southern mansion amidst lovely grounds. Guests came from several states and were transported to an earlier time in the lovely setting while enjoying delicious food, great service, individually curated rooms, and their favorite cocktails. Innkeepers Tamar and Peter Sharp have created a very special Southern hospitality experience. We somehow managed to feel like honored guests and family at the same time. At the end of the weekend, no one wanted to leave. We all left trying to figure out a reason to return as soon as possible!

Stayed here for one night en route to Florida and it’s a real gem. Lovely rooms, very clean, comfy bed and the smoothest, softest bed linen I’ve ever experienced! As with majority of hotels there was a coffee machine but no kettle for making tea. As a seasoned traveller I always pack a kettle be sadly left it behind when I left 😔. Very quiet, lots of parking and a great choice of breakfast options. 100% recommend
