The Cloudveil is Jackson’s newest mountain lodging. This new Autograph Collection property sits near the gateway to the Grand Teton National Park. Excellent hotel - great rooms
We stayed of 4 nights at jotel . Room no 310/311 . Hotel lobby was great . Front desk executive Dani was very efficient and helpful and guided us well Bistro Is also very lively but needs more menu options for vegetarian food items which was grossly missing. The hotel is very conveniently located

Amazing Sister's Trip Stay at Cloudveil
Amazing experience at the Cloudveil. From the moment we checked in we experienced such great hospitality. The hotel is in such a great location that makes getting around town very easy.

Terrible ‘luxury’ hotel. I’ve had better experiences at most Holiday Inn Expresses.
There is no customer service in this hotel. We had a hard time finding check in location, the valet and bellman were not available when I found where to go, other people yelling at each other out front because they didn’t know where to park. The valet, Alan, no name tag just standing on the sidewalk asked if I was checking in as I was unloading onto the luggage cart. He never greeted me and didn’t help me unload? He was rude when I asked him if he was working. The restaurant was unbelievably slow considering it was almost empty. They refilled coffee with cold coffee. The management here needs to be replaced. They have plenty of people but no one is paying attention to the customer. Don’t stay here

Great experience!
Amazing hotel very clean and beds were really comfortable. Great location. Roof top bar is awesome and a great view of the town square and mountains. Gray at the front desk was very nice and helpful with all of my questions about my visit. Highly recommend!

The Cloudveil Made Our 1 Year Anniversary Dreams Come True!
We had the most amazing experience at The Cloudveil for our one year anniversary! The team truly went above and beyond making us feel so special. From the warm welcome from valet to the phenomenal concierge who helped us make dinner reservations for our anniversary dinner and delicious food & drink at The Bistro and on the rooftop, we loved every minute! The rooms are also well designed with a spacious bathroom, dedicated sitting area for working/eating etc. and very comfortable beds. Thank you to the Cloudveil for the most memorable anniversary! We can't wait to be back soon!
