The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa

A really fantastic stay in Jackson. This hotel does all of the little things right. From chocolates at night, to the hot apple cider and cookies in the evenings, to the water available anytime all day both as bottled water and glasses of water in the lobby, there are so many little touches that make the stay a step above. The restaurant is excellent for breakfast. The team here is all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet, windows open a little bit, and the HVAC system works well. Would highly recommend and I hope we can return again someday. Perhaps the only suggestion for improvement that we would have is ski shuttle service to Jackson Hole later in the morning, but we understand that for a smaller hotel, it may not be practical to run a shuttle all day.

I love this hotel. Everyone who worked there was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and quiet, we all slept very well. The location is perfect, very close to everything in downtown Jackson. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again.

This year, we took our children to Jackson Hole for skiing. We stayed at the Rusty Parrot during our stay, and I must say, the service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that all our children were happy and comfortable. They even brought us baby body wash, teddy bears, and coloring books, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our children absolutely loved the hotel and even want to live there! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay truly exceptional.

Had a fantastic dinner at the Wild Sage last night! The menu is artfully crafted and excellently executed. The Fois gras and beef tartar are exquisite to name just a few of many great dishes we sampled. Service is impeccable. Their wine list is curated to give an excellent range of high quality choice options in all price points. Kudos! My wife and I spend 13 weeks a year in Jackson and this has now become our new favorite! Looking forward to many more delicious experiences!

We stayed here for three nights while visiting Jackson Hole and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are beautiful, and all of the staff were very friendly. We ate at the hotel restaurant every day for breakfast as well as once for dinner, and every meal was excellent. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea that was made available all day, as well as the delicious cookies that were put out in the evening. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
