The Leela Palace Jaipur

Title: Deeply Disappointed by Our Stay – Not Worth the Hype My fiancée and I stayed at Leela Palace Jaipur on April 21st, hoping for a luxurious experience, but it turned out to be one of the worst hotel stays we've ever had. Despite requesting our room in advance, it took over 30 minutes for the staff to allot it to us. There was no sense of urgency or hospitality. Once we finally got the room, we were shocked to find blood stains in the washroom and on the floor. We immediately raised this with the staff. However, it took them 2 full hours to even acknowledge the issue, let alone address it. Later, when we tried to relax by the pool, the situation became even worse. The pool area was overrun with local wedding staff, many of whom were rowdy and inappropriate. They were staring at guests, making inappropriate gestures and comments, and completely destroying the ambiance of what’s supposed to be a premium property. It was uncomfortable and unsafe—not just for us, but for other guests who left the area as well. I even complained to a man with a moustache, who seemed to be in charge, but it went nowhere. Later we were shifted to a villa room which took 2 hours. Overall in a just a day's stay we were asked to shift 3 rooms which just added to ruining our experience. The hotel staff was not courteous and egoistic We expected elegance and class from a brand like Leela, but this was unacceptable. We chose this property for a peaceful and memorable experience, but unfortunately, it left us angry and disappointed. We won’t be returning, and I urge other guests to inquire in advance if the hotel is being hijacked for private functions before booking.

Leela Palace Jaipur is a very good hotel and I liked it very much and I would like to go there again and again One thing I liked about staying in this hotel was that the atmosphere was very peaceful. I really enjoyed organising my event because all the preparations were very good from the hotel side and the food was very good from the hotel.

We have been very well pampered by the whole team of Leela Palace , treating us like royalties. Special mentions to : Sanyoghita - for providing us a seamless checkin experience and welcoming us with a grand gesture, we were very much flattered with all the gestures. Suman - for serving us with the 6-course meal with detailed explanation of every single dish to us Hemant - the very talented flutist for accompanying us throughout our breakfast serenading us with our requested favourite songs Praveen, Takhur - for serving us with amazing kachoris and suggesting us with great delicacies to eat during our breakfast. Not to forget the welcoming performance by the Rajasthani band, being so fun and lively that we couldn't resist sitting and joined dancing with them😅 My partner and I love our experience here and will always pick Leela Palace again if we ever visit Jaipur again ♥️

Great place with lot of activities to do with kids !! Great food and cocktails with Mohit & Anmol at Jharoka !!! Thanks Leela team for the lovely experience on my anniversary. Had a great time will come again with family on other occasions. Dhanyawad !
