Beautiful property and great service, especially from the wonderful Pankhuri.

The dhol keeps in playing now and then giving migraine and no one is bothered even you place the concern. Unbothered staff. Also most of the Ac’s don’t work

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The property was impeccably clean and truly captured the regal atmosphere of living in a palace. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive; they even went the extra mile to pack breakfast and fresh fruit for our journey. A special mention goes to our butlers, Janvi and Dev. They were exceptionally responsive and proactive in anticipating our needs. From keeping us informed about palace activities to catering to our specific food preferences and our daughter’s needs, they were outstanding. The thoughtful farewell gift they gave our daughter was a beautiful touch. The restaurant team also impressed us by preparing off-menu comfort food after a long day of exploring. The only area for improvement is the speed of service at the Aravali restaurant during lunch and dinner, which felt a bit slow. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Our stay at The Leela Palace Jaipur was nothing short of exceptional. The property itself is stunning—an incredible fusion of high-end luxury and authentic Rajasthani charm. It feels like staying in a grand palace, yet with all the modern comforts and polish you would expect from a top-tier luxury hotel. Every corner of the hotel is thoughtfully designed and visually striking. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the service. We travel frequently and often stay at high-end properties such as Rosewood, Mandarin Oriental, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts—and the service here ranks among the very best we’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Every single team member we encountered made a genuine effort to connect with us and ensure we had a memorable stay. It never felt transactional—only warm, personal, and thoughtful. A special thank you to Ankit, who oversees food & beverage for two of the restaurants. My wife has Celiac disease, and Ankit went above and beyond to ensure she felt completely safe and well taken care of. That level of attentiveness and care made a huge difference for us and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the dining experiences. Speaking of dining, Jamavar was a standout. The fully candlelit dinner experience was absolutely magical—easily one of the most memorable meals of our trip. The ambiance alone is worth it, and the food more than lives up to the setting. The arrival experience is also incredibly unique and sets the tone right away. Each time we entered the hotel, we were welcomed with live folk music, and on some occasions, even showered with rose petals. It’s a beautiful, celebratory touch that makes you feel like you’ve truly arrived somewhere special. Overall, The Leela Palace Jaipur delivers on every level—stunning design, world-class service, exceptional dining, and thoughtful details throughout. It’s a property we would return to without hesitation and one we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly special stay in Jaipur.
