Amazing Service at Rambagh Palace. The team goes out if the way to make everything memorable for its guest. One of the best experience of the trip.

I had dinner at the Verandah Café and was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff in the lobby before being guided to the verandah itself, where I was treated to the most breathtaking scene: peacocks roaming freely, dancers performing gracefully, and a stunning golden-hour sunset. The service was excellent throughout—special thanks to Balram for making the experience truly memorable. Absolutely worth the extra expense.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Outstanding Experience at Steam! Steam continues to be one of my absolute favorite restaurants in the city. The food is consistently excellent — full of rich flavors, beautifully presented, and always satisfying. The beverage offerings are absolutely fantastic, especially the Steam Express drink, which was a highlight of the evening. A special mention to Saurabh, the Restaurant Manager, whose passion for hospitality and craftsmanship is truly commendable. His signature, hand-crafted drinks take the experience to the next level — creative, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. The service team, including Hosiyar, Robin, and Ritesh, deserves applause for their warm hospitality and attention to detail. They made us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout the visit. As a regular visitor, I can confidently say Steam sets the benchmark for quality dining and memorable experiences. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Rambagh Palace was simply a Royal Stay. Everyone at the hotel makes you feel like a royalty. The lawns in the property are simply outstanding. Food and service is topnotch. Rooms are nice and we had a lovely view of the courtyard.

The staff was extremely polite and went over board with making our stay special. I’d like to mention Vikas and Karan and everyone else for making my partner’s birthday and our stay truly special. The property is genuinely gorgeous. We can’t wait to come back. The activities at the hotel like peacock feeding, pottery and horse chariot ride were the cherry on top. It was truly a palace experience.
