We had the most wonderful experience at this 5-star property in Jaipur! From the very first moment, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable. What touched me the most was the way they celebrated my birthday – every detail was thoughtfully planned, with grand celebrations and delightful surprises that made me feel so special. It wasn’t just a stay, it felt like being part of a family that takes joy in creating magical moments. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing team – Mr. Nimish Mathur, Mr. Rohit Gupta, Ms. Priya, Mr. Bacchu, Ms. Soumya, Mr. Robin, Mr. Saurabh, Mr. Sohil, Mr Sarjeet and Mr. Danish – for their exceptional efforts, kindness, and dedication. Each one of you made our time here unforgettable. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Jaipur who wants not just luxury, but also an experience filled with warmth, care, and memories for a lifetime.

I have no words to describe this glamorous palace. We stayed at Rambagh Palace for 3 nights and 4 days in their Palace room (Room No.312). This was my first trip to Jaipur. Our driver Manoj was very helpful in letting us know the do’s and don’ts of Jaipur. The royal check in process was a breeze with flower petals and the garlands adding fragrance to the charm of this stunning place. We got to know a lot about the history of the palace by a small tour of the palace by the staff which was super informative. The staff was extremely ecstatic and welcoming. I even got lost in the huge palace on the first day, thankfully the ever welcoming staff came to my rescue. I fell in love with the palace and Jaipur right on the first day itself. Ayan, Kashish, and Oreonvungi, Prem Bhati ji and Yogendra Ji were the standouts of the crowd at the restaurant while we enjoyed our food in the cafe. We were served the choicest of specially curated meals with the best possible recommendations by the lovely staff. I loved the indoor pool too. The drinks we got in the pool were very refreshing. The person in charge of the pool was Mahendra. He was informative about the pool, spa and sauna. We really liked it when he helped us with the peacock feeding session. Nadeem Khan’s flute was very calming in the mornings as well as evenings. I found it hard to find a song he could not play. While my parents were on a heritage walk of the palace, I went to make pizza at "Steam" restaurant. A special shoutout to Narendra for polishing my pizza making skills . The pizza we made was extremely delicious and my parents loved it. It was the highlight of the day. I also got a chance to try my hands at pottery one day. Vaishali from the reception team helped us with a lot of things and she greeted us everyday with her warm smile. I thank the whole staff specially the engagement team for planning my birthday with the customized cake and the cutout pictures. I will always cherish this birthday for the beautiful memories we created at Rambagh Palace. Every single staff made this trip very memorable. They also framed my pictures in an album. I absolutely loved the idea, the staff pampered us beyond words. A special thanks to the housekeeping staff for doing our room multiple times during a day and the flower decoration for my birthday celebration. The cherry on top during this whole trip was the dance of the peacocks which made our stay equally musical. I wish to visit this palace again. This was my very first experience at Taj, and it’s truly a memory to cherish for a lifetime. The hospitality and royal charm went far beyond my expectations. I’ve visited a few Taj destinations over the past month, but the warmth and care shown by the staff here stands out remarkably. A special mention to Anjali, Vikas, and Sneha for their exceptional hospitality. I would love to return to this property again!

This was the pinnacle of a gracious warm culture. There is no other hotel like Rambagh.
